Our financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers, Virgin Money Australia and Stripe. You should only provide your personal information after reviewing the Virgin Money Australia and Stripe privacy policies (available at their respective websites).

 

We will share information with Virgin Money Australia & Stripe, only to the necessary extent to process the payments you make. We will not store your financial or credit card details in any form, except in the event you have established a direct debit facility with us. In any case, your information will remain strictly confidential.

Your obligations

 

  • When using licensed music, royalties are payable to the composers of each track. In Australia, this is managed by APRA AMCOS.

 

  • APRA AMCOS fees are not optional in the above case and can only be avoided if the audio tracks are exempt from royalties. For more information, please, contact APRA AMCOS directly at www.apraamcos.com.au or 1300 852 388.

 

  • plus on hold is not responsible for your actions: if you do not pay APRA fees, your company will be solely responsible for infringing APRA's rules and regulations.

Payment terms

 

  • Customers are required to pay a 50% up-front deposit before commencing each project. Once your project is complete and you are happy with the result, payment of the remaining 50% will be due.

 

  • plus on hold does not charge credit card surcharges.

 

  • plus on hold will require your payment details each time you order new services.

 

  • Customers can pay our invoices via direct deposit, credit card using our online portal (link provided in your PDF emailed invoice) or over the phone, assisted by one of our representatives.

 

  • plus on hold except credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
